RPE Training & Air Purity Analysis

Our team are qualified to provide a wide range of services that will help you get the best out of your RPE and ensure you meet the requirements of the COSHH regulations. COSHH requires that any piece of RPE in use for greater than 28 days must be serviced regularly and that records must be kept.

Our team can provide an on-site service, backed up by a fully equipped workshop to help you meet your obligations. The team can also provide air purity analysis tests and certification for air fed respirators as required by COSHH regulation 9.

Fit 2 Fit Accredited

COSHH regulations state that tight fitting facepieces must be fit tested to ensure a good seal. We can provide an on-site portacount fit testing service which can include Respiratory Protective Equipment training.

We inspect and maintain:

RPE law requires businesses to manage RPE in accordance with specific rules. We provide the following services:



• On-site inspect and maintain self-contained breathing apparatus
• On-site inspect and maintain all positive-pressure RPE
• On-site inspect and maintain all negaitive-pressure RPE
• On-site inspect of fall arrest harness and laynards
• On-site calibration and repair on MSA gas detectors
• On-site inspect air purity analysis tests for breathing airline systems
• On-site qualitative and quantitative face fit testing services

We fill and refill:



• Refill of breathable compressed air cyclinders up to 300 Bar
• Re-certification of breathable compressed air cylinders
• Inspection and maintenance of self-contained breathing appartatus
