ARC Online Safety Tools

We have developed tools to make safety a little less daunting. We want to help make safety management easier, efficient and effective.

By incorporating web based applications, you can monitor progress remotely. These provide peace of mind and can aid the management of health and safety within a business.

"ARC really took the time to get to know the company and its operations, inside out. This, coupled with their excellent online resources have made ARC an invaluable asset to the team."

Jamie Bashall, Managing Director, JBC Industrial Services LTD

Safety Navigator

What is it?
Document Access and Control - Often a big problem is knowing if you are using an up-to-date document and also finding it in the first place; especially when working away from site and the company server. The client gets 'access', we 'control' the documents.

Who is it for, and what are the benefits?
Clients on our support packages, using our documents can find the document template or the supporting guidance documents needed within seconds using a systematic but simply signposted resource (no access or progress recording is done in navigator, it is a passive resource).

  • Source documents added and updated as the law changes
  • Ideal for single site SME's or larger multi-site organisations
  • It takes the hassle out of generating a range of safety management templates. We have already done it

Incident Reporter

What is it?
Incident Reporting and Management - No-one likes it when accidents happen, but unfortunately they do. When accidents do occur, legally the details must be recorded. If the HSE, insurance or even the police call, you must be able to show the actions that have been taken to reduce the liklihood that a similar accident will happen again.

Who is it for, and what are the benfits?
All types and sizes of companies could use this. Larger and multi-site would benefit the most

  • Secure reporting of all incidents, including near miss and environmental incidents. RIDDOR reportable accidents, diseases and dangerous occurrences are also captured (automatically sends notification to the HSE, reducing double reporting)
  • Record investigations. Any actions required as a result of the initial accident report and investigation are added to master actions list
  • Doesn't just record the failures, it enables recording of achievements and suggestions for improvement through the 'Safety Plus' report
  • Details are secure with client controlled access rights to personal information
