State of the Art facility
The ACC is the biggest garment decoration centre of its kind in the UK. It has an in house digitising design team whose focus is on the quality of decoration. Our machines have the ability to stitch a number of different colours, producing striking, intricate work to a very high standard. The scale of our operation means that we have the stock and the production capacity to handle large orders quickly.

How to get started - Embroidery & Heat Sealed Badges
Three easy steps to
ordering and delivery
1. Supply your company logo
Embroidery is suitable for most fabrics
and garments using our advanced techniques, however waterproof and hi-vis
clothing may be more suited to the application of heat sealed badges.
Supply your artwork on CD together with a printed sample, Letterheads or business cards are all acceptable for us to create your logo.
Supplementary messages, for example: a departments or employee name may be embroidered at the same time. We will recommend a suitable font size and colour to compliment your logo.
2. Choose the position for your logo or message
We can recommend one
or more possible places suitable for the positioning of your embroidered
badge on the garment of your choice.
3. Approval, production and delivery
A proof will be produced and
presented to you prior to embroidery. Then production of your
garment order will follow with delivery within seven working days. Wearer
packing is offered as part of the service. This means that customer
employees can receive all their individual garments together in pre-packed
and named boxes.
Individual Wearer packing
Your staff are individuals and at Arco we treat them as such. Arco can take the strain away when kitting out your colleagues by providing:
- Personalised wearer packing.
- Fastrack service (minimum 20 applications per order).
- Quality checking service.
This ensures that everyone gets what they need and speeds up on-site
distribution of garments to the wearers.
How to get started - Ordering decorated items online
Three easy steps to ordering and delivery
The decoration services functionality of the arco.co.uk web site is designed to allow you to order all of your embroidery and heat-seal requirements online.
1. Set up your company logo as described above.
2. Once your logo is set up your local Arco Branch can then set you up with special 'Dec Codes' that will allow you order your badged garments online. Dec codes can be set up to offer as much or as little flexibility as you require. For example they can be set to give users a choice of badges and the ability to add their name or they can simply be set up with one fixed badge and without the ability to add other decoration.
3. Order online! Once you have some Dec Codes set up they work with the web site in the same way as standard product codes, you can use them with all of the standard features of the Arco web site including:
- Product Search
- Purchasing Lists
- Arco Requisition Manager (where enabled on your web site account)
- Wearer Packing (where enabled on your web site account)
You can order a mixture of decorated and non-decorated items on the same order and other settings that apply to your account such as the capture of cost centres will continue to apply.
