How to
The Arco website uses menus to provide a simple way of navigating around the site. The menus contain links that can be selected which will take you to a particular web page. Until you need them, the menus are hidden in the menu bar at the top of each page. Menus can be displayed by moving your cursor over the options in the menu bar. This will allow you to see all the options in each menu and choose where you want to go.
Here is a brief description of each option on the menu bar:
- Home
Selecting the 'Home' menu option will take you straight back to the www.arco.co.uk homepage.
- About Arco
The 'About Arco' menu presents a list of menu items you can use to find out more information about Arco.
- Contact Us
Selecting the 'Contact Us' menu will bring up a list of ways in which you may wish to contact Arco. Arco value customer feedback and encourage any helpful comments, which can be submitted using the 'Feedback' page.
- My Account
Selecting the 'My Account' menu option will bring up a list of menu items to choose from, all of which are associated with the administration of your website account on www.arco.co.uk. The options in this menu can change depending the type of user you are signed in as.
- Catalogue Viewer
Selecting the 'Catalogue Viewer' menu option will bring up an online version of various Arco catalogues, along with product details and the option to add products into your shopping basket. To learn more about product searching, read our help pages here.
- Shopping Basket
Selecting the 'Shopping Basket' menu option will take you straight to the shopping basket screen. The Shopping Basket is involved in all orders placed on the website and you can learn more about its features on the Shopping Basket page of the guide.
Common Navigation
- Product (Text) Search
The Product Search option located in the top right hand corner of the screen allows you to search the Arco website for specific text and criteria regarding the products Arco have to offer. To learn more about product searching, read our help pages here.
- Browse Products
The Browse Products option located on the left hand side of the screen allows you to filter through different product categories and subsections to find specific products currently available. To learn more about product searching, read our help pages here.
- Quick Order
The Quick Order option located on the right hand side of the screen allows you to add the product codes and quantities you require instantly into your shopping basket to help speed up the ordering process. To learn more about product searching, read our help pages here.
The Persistent Navigation at the bottom of each page is the same for all users and allows quick access to a range of different pages with detailed information on topics that you may want to read at any point during your visit to www.arco.co.uk.
