Using Quotations

Step

Quotations can be used like purchasing lists as a way of adding items to your shopping basket. The first step in this process is to find the quotation you are looking for.

To do this, go to the 'My Quotations' page by using the option under the 'My Account' menu.

Step

The 'My Quotations' screen will allow you to search for quotations that have been provided for your account. You have the option to search either by the quotation document number or by using a date range.

Search results are displayed at the bottom of the page with a brief summary of each document and the option to view the quotation in more detail by selecting the link labelled 'more...'

Please note, you will not be able to use quotations that are no longer valid or that are not yet valid. You will be able to see the validity dates for each quotation on this screen.

Step

Once you have found the quotation that you are looking for, you can look through the products contained within it to find what you are looking for.

If you know the product that you want to locate on the quotation document, you can use the search facility available on this page to jump straight to that item.

Selecting the 'order' button next to an item will allow you to see more details for the particular item and to order it.

The pricing that is displayed on this screen is the price you were quoted for the item. On subsequent screens you may only see the item's list price. The price given to you on the shopping basket screen will be the price you pay for that item.
