Blackpool Tower attraction to be installed with 'clearer' safety signs Improved safety signs will be part of the development of the exciting new Dungeon attraction at Blackpool Tower.

In a planning proposal, Merlin, the firm in charge of the project, said that it will transform three floors of the famous tower into a stunning new visitor experience, the Blackpool Gazette reports.

The current entrance to the site's lifts will be improved by the installation of a 4-D cinema, while the Dungeon itself will have its own special branded entrance.

Furthermore, the publication observed that that the plans placed an emphasis on improved safety signs, noting that they "show ticket booths installed with clearer signage to each ride or show".

Construction work on the Dungeon is expected to begin in November.

According to official figures produced by the Health and Safety Executive (HSE), the construction industry is one of the most dangerous in the UK.

To reduce the risk of injuries and fatalities, therefore, Britons are urged to use appropriate workwear.ADNFCR-1200-ID-800043897-ADNFCR
