Brammer gets safety accreditation

Brammer gets safety accreditation UK supplier of repair, maintenance and overhaul products and services Brammer has been given accreditation by SAFEcontractor for having high standards of health and safety.

It had to undergo a number of rigorous testing procedures, in which they had to demonstrate a strong track record of safe working practices, for example the provision of equipment such as hearing protection or hi vis clothing, reports Process and Control Today.

Ian Ritchie, managing director of Brammer, commented: "An area of increasingly stringent legislation, health and safety is of growing importance to UK industry and the guarantee of safe working practices is more and more of a factor in supplier selection."

He asserted the getting accreditation enabled the company to provide assurances to future customers about the high levels of health and safety at the firm.
