3M's fit testing devices and procedures provide a simple and effective way of meeting qualitative fit testing requirements.
• Determines employee's taste threshold to fit test solution.
• Can be used with any negative pressure particulate respirator or any gas and vapour respirator where a qualitative test is suitable
• Convenient, reliable, and economical to use.
FT10 uses a sweet solution, FT30 uses an alternative bitter solution for employees who are unable to detect the sweet solution.
Each kit comprises of a fit test Instruction booklet, hood and collar assembly, nebulisers, sensitivity solution and fit test solution (saccharine or bitrex).
