open quoteI work in noisy environments and also have noisy neighbours so use earplugs regularly. I have tried various types but these by far are the best for both comfort and noise reduction. For ultimate effectiveness you need to roll them between your fingers before placing in ears. If used properly they can reduce noise by more than most ear muff type protection. I highly recommend them. close quote
