Help with Trouble Signing In


Step 1

If you have forgotten your password and/or username, you can choose to have it changed using the email address with which you registered your web account.

The process of changing your password involves entering your email address, so we can identify you as a user and then email you instructions on how to change your password.

To start the process of re-setting your password, select the 'Trouble Signing In?' button in the left hand login naviagation area.

Step 2

The next screen will prompt you for your email address.

Enter your email address into the box provided and select the 'submit' button to proceed.


We will then use your email address to send you details about how you can continue with the process of changing your email.
