These HyFlex 11-937 safety gloves are ideal for handling components in oily conditions thanks to the superb Ansell GRIP technology which provides an average of 13% better grip than comparable grip gloves. In addition, the FORTIX technology provides excellent resistance to abrasions which results in a long-lasting product and up to 40% better abrasion resistance than similar gloves. With a lightweight construction, which is up to 20% lighter than comparable products, these Ansell gloves are also superbly comfortable for a tough working day.

BSEN388 - Mechanical Hazard - 2016

Mechanical Hazards are associated with the handling of rough or sharp objects which could abrade, cut or pierce the skin, such as glass, thin metal sheet and masonry blocks.

A mechanical hazard is not associated with moving machinery, in fact it can be extremely dangerous to wear gloves which could catch in moving parts or serrated blades*.

*Note - Gloves should not be used when working with serrated blades. USE GUARDS.

4 = Abrasion  (Performance Index 1-4)
X = Blade Cut  (Performance Index 1-5)
4 = Tear  (Performance Index 1-4)
2 = Puncture  (Performance Index 1-4)
B = ISO13997 Cut Protection  (Performance Index X, A, B, C, D, E, F )
