1. Membership of Trade Direct is for professional trades people with fewer than 50 employees only
2. Arco Limited reserve the right to refuse or to cancel membership at their discretion
3. Members will be advised from time to time of events and other promotions taking place in Arco Safety Store at a higher discount than the membership discount. On these occasions, the 10% members discount is not applicable. There are exclusions to the discount, see in store and online for details. Exclusions include:

• Sales prices
• Promotional prices
• New lower prices/Price Drop products

4. Any valid Trade Direct discount vouchers distributed to members, whether monetary or discount, will state a minimum spend required to qualify
5. All sales are subject to Arco standard terms of sale
