What products can I customise with a logo or embroidery?
Choose from over 65,000 customisable clothing items, including t-shirts, polo shirts, jumpers, coats, jackets, trousers, shorts, vests, bodywarmers, waistcoats and hi-vis clothing. We stock customisable clothing in a wide variety of colours, styles and sizes to meet your exact requirements.
How long does it take to receive customised products?
Due to the nature of customised products, your order will take a little longer to arrive than a regular order. However, from the moment you check out, we aim to deliver your order within seven working days. If you require a digital proof, this will add a further working day to your expected delivery date. This will be reflected in the delivery date on your order confirmation.
Is there a minimum order quantity for customisations?
No. To help support small-scale businesses and sole traders, you can easily customise a single garment or small number of items, if you like. We do, however, charge a small-run fee of £9.99 for orders that contain fewer than 10 positions where a logo or text has been added.
What file formats are accepted for logo uploads?
We accept the following file formats: PNG, JPEG, TIFF, WebP, HEIF or HEIC. The maximum allowable file size is 25MB.
Are there any discounts for bulk orders?
Yes. The discounts applied to orders over a certain quantity are displayed clearly on each product page.
Can I use the same logo across multiple products?
Yes. Once uploaded, it's easy to use the same logo across multiple products.
Why am I being moved to a different website?
Our new online customisation functionality, which allows you to upload your logo and design your own uniform is available on our new web platform. Once you have selected the garment you want to customise, you will be transferred over to the new website.
